Hi! Welcome to the online home of Majestic Muse Farm. We are a small family-owned and operated farm in Cook, Minnesota, specializing in heirloom plants and veggies, Flemish Giant and Champagne D’Argent rabbits, Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Heritage Poultry, and a few other critters that help keep our homestead afloat.

Unhappy with the seemingly never-ending race to get ahead, or even just keep up, that was life in the city, we decided to walk away from all that and take up the simpler, more enriching lifestyle of sustainable farming where what matters most is a hard day’s work, a love of celebrating nature’s bounty, and a passion for cultivating only the best. To that end, we use an intensive, hexagonal raised bed growing method focused on high yields and the constant replenishing of nutrients to make the most of our acreage. We grow exclusively heirloom or open-pollinated seeds because we believe in their sustainability, their superior flavor profile, and their spirit.

That spirit is also what led us to select the animal breeds that we did. In addition to being high quality producers of meat, dairy, and eggs we’ve found that their friendly, quirky personalities make them delightfully fun to raise and a real treat to share with others. Recognizing the value that they bring to our lives and our way of life, we raise our meat animals in accordance with a stringent standard of humane practices and with the same love and care with which most people treat their pets. We also utilize every part of these animals after their death so as to make the most of the gifts they offer us.

Now that you know who we are and what we’re about, we invite you to please take a look around our site to learn more about our animals and what we do, and of course, thanks for visiting!
